Project Overview:
The Soil and Water Conservation Office, a division of a municipal Water
Authority, is responsible for erosion prevention, supervision, monitoring, and
research management across the entire city. Over 100 monitoring stations have
been deployed, mainly in suburban and mountainous areas. Approximately 40 of
these stations, located in remote regions without public network coverage, were
unable to transmit data.
By deploying our Satellite IoT solution, these stations can now reliably transmit monitoring data via satellite. Considering the importance of hydrological monitoring and the risk of natural disasters disrupting public networks, satellite connectivity was also added to existing stations as a disaster recovery backup. This ensures uninterrupted data access under all circumstances.
Value Delivered: Bridging connectivity gaps & disaster-resilient communication.
